Water-based aluminum coating varnish

Product features:

This product has excellent adhesion to a variety of aluminum coatings. The aluminum coating composite cardboard  transfer paper after glazing of this product can be adapted to ordinary offset printing, UV offset printing, ordinary screen printing, UV screen printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, etc. Printing process,  make the printed matter have excellent gloss, excellent adhesion, strong metal feeling  excellent color display, in line with ROHS environmental protection requirements.

Technical parameter:

Solid content: 25±1%

Viscosity: 16±2 seconds (Japanese 3# cup/25℃)

PH value: 7.8~8.5

Air-drying temperature: 70-120℃

The oven temperature should be maintained at 70-120℃, the drying performance of the varnish will achieve excellent results. Of course, the temperature needs to be adjusted appropriately depending on the situation of transferring aluminum coated paper at different speeds.

Instructions for use:

1. The product should be stored in a closed container to avoid direct sunlight, the storage temperature is preferably 10 ~ 35 ℃, the general storage is 12 months in a sealed state;

2. The above technical parameters depend on the specific printing equipment, paper material  printing method. Products with special requirements can be customized according to customer needs;

3. Please stir thoroughly before use to keep the internal ingredients uniform.
