Yingcai water-based plastic ink YC-SL series is a water-based ink for printing on plastic film substrates, especially for non-porous substrates, including low-density polyethylene (LDPE) high-density polyethylene (HDPE) ), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP), etc. (some materials require corona treatment).
This series of inks are used at higher screen counts machine speeds, have excellent performance in terms of adhesion, wear resistance, color density.

Instructions for use:
Stir evenly before use to keep the internal uniformity, prevent dust falling dry skin, if the residual ink contains impurities, filter first then use with new ink. Take an appropriate amount of water ink to test the viscosity before going on the machine. It is recommended to print the viscosity on the machine for 8-12 seconds to better ensure the adaptability of the water-based ink
Note:
During storage, the lid of the barrel must be closed to prevent moisture volatilizing, causing viscosity to rise skinning. It must be stirred well before use. Please try to mix it with other company products. The unused products must be sealed stored.
