Water-based plastic oil

Product Features:

It is specially designed to form a heat-sealable water-based varnish for blister card production for one-time printing. It is very good for most blister films. It is suitable for PVC PET. It has good anti-sticking wear resistance. The blister temperature can be 90 ℃- 160 ℃, coating amount greater than 6g/m2 can get good adhesion, in line with ROHS environmental protection requirements.

Solid content: 48±1%

Viscosity: 45±5s (ZC#2/25℃)

PH value: 8.0~9.0

Wear resistance: 2.5 lbs/400 round trips

Drying: the temperature of the oven is 60-90, the effect of introducing hot air is better

Instructions for use:

1. The product should be stored in a closed container to avoid direct sunlight, the storage temperature is preferably 10 ~ 35 ℃, the general storage is 12 months in a sealed state;

2. The above technical parameters depend on the specific printing equipment, paper material printing method. Products with special requirements can be customized according to customer needs;

3. Please stir thoroughly before use to keep the internal ingredients uniform.
