Water-based anti-rust varnish

Product Features:

It has good anti-corrosion itself (coated on the damaged tinplate, placed in the air for three months without rust), has good water resistance, barrier properties, drying properties (dry at 120-180 sheets/min at high speed, good drying, Cardboard stacking will produce anti-sticking) good abrasion resistance scratch resistance, in line with ROHS environmental protection requirements.

Viscosity: 30~40 seconds (coating 4# cup/25℃)

PH value: 8.0~9.0

Glossiness: 40~50° (65° angle)

Wear resistance: 2 pounds/80 round trips

Instructions for use:

1. The product should be stored in a closed container to avoid direct sunlight, the storage temperature is preferably 10 ~ 35 ℃, the general storage is 12 months in a sealed state;

2. The above technical parameters depend on the specific printing equipment, paper material printing method. Products with special requirements can be customized according to customer needs;

3. Please stir thoroughly before use to keep the internal ingredients uniform.
