Tips for using water-based ink

1. Do mix water ink with solvent ink. When water is added properly during use, when it is really necessary to adjust the viscosity drying speed, appropriate additives such as alcohols esters are added.

2. Stir well before use pour into the ink tank. Adjust viscosity properly with water before use. The unused ones should be covered in packaging drums, the ink should be allowed to volatilize in nature.

3. Before use, check all technical indicators, especially whether the hue meets your own requirements. If the hue deviation is large, please inform the ink manufacturer to make appropriate adjustments to avoid disputes between the two parties due to hue error.

4. Due to the volatilization of water in the printing process, it will affect the original viscosity PH value of the ink. The viscosity PH value need to be checked frequently, pure tap water PH value stabilizer should be added appropriately when needed.

5. The ink remaining on the printing equipment after printing should be washed with clean water. The ink on the anilox roller of the printing machine is best cleaned with a cleaning agent to serve the next printing service.
