Water-based anti-skid anti-wear varnish

Product Features:

It has good gloss, leveling, abrasion resistance, anti-adhesion  drying performance. It has low odor  high print pattern clarity, which meets ROHS environmental protection requirements.

Solid content: 43±2%

Viscosity: 25~45 seconds (coating 4# cup/25℃)

PH value: 8.2~9.5

Glossiness: 45~65°

Wear resistance: 2.5 lbs/400 round trips

Anti-skid performance: 24. ±3.

Instructions for use:

1. The product should be stored in a closed container to avoid direct sunlight, the storage temperature is preferably 10 ~ 35 ℃, the general storage is 12 months in a sealed state;

2. The above technical parameters depend on the specific printing equipment, paper material  printing method. Products with special requirements can be customized according to customer needs;

3. Please stir thoroughly before use to keep the internal ingredients uniform.
